Overview
Drift: BYOIP & ASN Services
Drift is being built so you can bring your own Internet number resources to PeaceWeb. The plan is to announce your existing ASN with your IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes on our network, or lease IPv4 space when you need extra. Tooling for ROAs and route objects is part of the design. RIPE transfer handling and exact pricing will be confirmed at launch.

Highlights
Why Drift
These describe the design intent for Drift. Final behaviour will be confirmed at launch.
IPv4 leasing without brokers
The goal is direct access to IPv4 space from inside Cradle, instead of running a procurement cycle through a broker every time you need extra addresses.
IPv6 by default
Pulse instances already get IPv6 alongside IPv4 today. Drift extends that with proper BYOIP and ASN tooling once available.
Bring your own ASN
Announce your own ASN and prefixes from our network with BGP session management. Final peering and policy details will be published at launch.
