How does pricing work?

Who is our point of contact?
A named person at PeaceWeb who knows your setup. Behind them, engineers on call 24/7.
Where is our data hosted?
In the Netherlands, in Rotterdam or Den Bosch. PeaceWeb is European-owned with no US parent, and our DPA is published.
Can you help us move from our current provider?
Yes. The move is part of the plan. We agree the order, tests and rollback with you before anything changes.
Is every cloud server managed?
No. Cloud servers are unmanaged by default. You choose which ones we manage.
Who responds to incidents?
